LaRue Trowell Sr., B.A., CAC III:


LaRue has an in-depth background of experience along with training in addictions. LaRue expresses deep passion and concern for those he works with in and outside of the group setting. He uses very colorful techniques and scenarios that challenge and motivate clients to take responsibility for their behavior and choices.  LaRue has worked on the frontlines of addiction services with experience in the detox setting.  He has worked in outpatient services and day reporting programs.  LaRue brings with him resources and creativity in providing services to clients.  He has also worked with and volunteered with the homeless population and inmates in the early  stages of their release.


 








Alisa Trowell, M.A., CAC III:


Alisa brings years of training and experience in the many areas affiliated with addiction. She has worked and volunteered in various formats ranging from residential treatment; homeless population; as well as woman released from prison. She also possesses a wide range of resources to meet the needs of clients in recovery. Alisa is very passionate in the area of counseling.  She believes that her ability to offer relevant information for motivating and provoking change is imperative, and if applied to the life of those receiving it, change can, and will occur.













Angela Bell, ACC; CAC III:


Angela feels that people are living human documents and are a wonderous work in progress.  She brings experience in working in areas of treatment of residential and half-way house settings.  She strongly feels that she has had the opportunity through her experience to see a person's various changes in recovery.  She has also worked with parolees in outpatient services in helping the various populations with the services to continue their changes toward integration into the community with resources that are offered.  "I believe by putting one foot in front of the other, the path to achieve emotional development can be met.  I have a passion for recovery of the soul."













Mark Solzan LCSW, CAC III, Certified DVOMB Provider:

Mark holds a Masters Degree in Community Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado.  Mark is a Licensed Professional counselor and an approved Domestic Violence Treatment Provider.  Mark has actively worked with male domestic violence offenders for the past 4 years.  He enjoys working with people and he believes they can change.  As a group facilitator he encourages client's to re-examine their beliefs and motivations.  He presents them with meaningful and attainable options to improve their lives.  He utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques in his interactions with an emphasis on person centered counseling.
